We offer a 7-Day Easy Return Policy to ensure a smooth and fair experience for our valued customers.
Eligibility for Return
You can request a return or refund within 5 days of receiving your parcel if:
- The item is broken or damaged upon opening.
- The item is not working as described.
- You received a wrong or missing product.
- Only Tech, Mobile Accessories, Tech Gadgets, Electric Items, Smartwatches, Earbuds, Home decor(only electric items) are allowed to return/refund
Return Request Procedure
To initiate a return:
- Record an Unboxing Video:
Please make a clear, continuous video while opening your parcel (from the sealed package to the product inside).
The video must clearly show the issue (damage, wrong item, missing product, etc.). - Submit Video Within 24 Hours:
Send the unboxing video to our official WhatsApp within 24 hours of parcel delivery.
(Videos sent after 24-48 hours may not be accepted.) - Inspection & Confirmation:
Our Quality Team will review your video within 1–2 working days.
Once verified, we will confirm your return request via WhatsApp.
Returning the Product
After confirmation:
Once your return request is approved, our rider will contact you and arrange parcel pickup within 3–4 working days.
Please ensure the following:
- The item must be properly packed and sealed
- The original invoice must be included inside the parcel
- Keep a copy of the invoice safely until the return process is completed
- Our rider will collect the parcel directly from your provided address. No need to visit any courier branch.
Refund or Replacement Options
Once we receive the parcel and verify it:
- You can choose between a full refund or a replacement product.
- Refunds are processed within 7 working days after the parcel is received and approved.
- Replacements are dispatched within 3–5 working days (subject to stock availability).
Important Notes
- Returns are only accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items returned without prior approval or without an unboxing video will not be eligible for refund or replacement.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories.
- Change of mind or color/size preference returns are not accepted.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
